This long-standing sporting event\, which has been a highlight of t he island’s summer for more than a decade\, reaches its 15th edition\, tha nks to the commitment of the historic Yacht Club Vela.it\, in collaboratio n with Forti e Veloci Isola d’Ischia\, which\, as every year\, are working to ensure the successful organization of the Punta Caruso Trophy.\n\nThe sporting event is open to anyone who practices swimming\, both adults and children. The course is simple and not too long. The start will take place in the stretch of water in front of the cave at San Francesco beach\, whi le the finish will be located shortly before the Scoglio dell’Impiccato\, near the small “Tirrenia” beach\, adjacent to the outer breakwater of the port of Forio.\n\nThe awards ceremony will take place on the platform at T errazza di Venere as soon as the last participant has crossed the finish l ine.
